connection is terrible

I have been with wild blue/exede for many, many years but I have just about had it. It is extremely annoying to get dropped about fifty times in a two hour period every time I connect to you - WHAT THE HE.. IS THE PROBLEM? I never used to have trouble with this. Don't tell me it's my computer because we use four different computers in this household and they all do the same. I have to physically switch from one connection with exede to an alternate connection with exede (a booster in the bedroom) to get things moving again so I am spending more time switching back and forth than I am opening a web page. What is wrong? Tildon

same here we are turning things on and off the internet just to get a few mins of internet and used up 70 percent so far.......
have asked and complaint they try but no one can see why it is so bad.
