Confused and very UPSET. Company says one thing, says and does another when it comes to money. POOR business ethics for customers.

Beware!!! I disconnected service prior to billing cycle, they took the next month money from my account. I talked to 2 different customer services reps and they state I will receive refund. A month or so later and no refund. Talked again to a rep and now they gave me a BS story they don't refund or pro-rate. How can it be a pro-rate if cancelled before next billing is due. Worst company policy and customer service. Time for a negative to Better Business Bureau. Unbelievable business ethics.

Hello Greg, This is truly not what we like to hear. If you cancel your service before your following billing cycle then your correct, you should not have been charged again. Gregg, if you stick with Lindsey, bet you will get your problem solved!  I have a feeling that the last rep you spoke to was more confused than you are feeling--I think they meant that when you cancel service say, in the middle of a month, you don't get a refund for the part of the month you didn't use.  But of course, this wasn't at all what you were telling them the problem was! Very frustrating, I agree.
