Beware!!! I disconnected service prior to billing cycle, they took the next month money from my account. I talked to 2 different customer services reps and they state I will receive refund. A month or so later and no refund. Talked again to a rep and now they gave me a BS story they don't refund or pro-rate. How can it be a pro-rate if cancelled before next billing is due. Worst company policy and customer service. Time for a negative to Better Business Bureau. Unbelievable business ethics.
