Confused about auto-pay

Excede took money from  my account without permission.  I made it very clear when I signed up.  Please return dollars to my bank

Explain what "you made very clear"...your payment is required for one month in advance and you can't control when the payment is made from your is automatic and was made clear in your contract...automatic payment will always be on the same date every month...after initial payment you can select what day of the month you prefer but it must be a date that's on, or before, your initial installation can't change that date each month to satisfy your bank balance...

Exede does not allow you to "push" payments from your bank because they have the right to automatically "pull" payments from your account on the due date.

Again, you should read the terms contained in the Exede standard agreement that is made for you to get installation and service.
