Since the new customer portal was launched I have not been able to figure out how to add/delete my secondary email addresses. All of the Help Desk articles are for the old customer portal that does not work anymore.

How in the world do I add a secondary @wildblue email address?

Hello Barb, did the link Everett provided help resolve your email issue? If not, I am happy to see what I can do to help. (:

Neither link helps. They lead to the Help Desk article that is about the old customer portal, and when I try to login there it gives me this message

We have a new customer portal.
All users must click HERE to create a new
Username and Password.

The new customer portal does not seem to have an option to manage your email accounts.

Hey Barb, can you send me an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your information? I will be able to help log you in to access the email accounts. Thanks for getting back to me.

well, am not sure the link above is up to date.  Wildblue is a gmail account and perhaps this would be correct as to content:  go to the old wild blue site at     myaccount.wildblue.net      sign in     then go to the link   my account/new users/data usage    and see if you can create the new email account from there.

Hi Barb, I also had log in problems when trying to access wildblue after the new Exede portal was opened. I was told to use my old wildblue log in at the old wildblue log in page and the Exede portal was a different log in at the Exede page. It still didn't work , so I called tech help, he had me put in my username at wildblue, then select forgot password, follow email link to change password, then it worked. If you can't get past the username input, you'll need to phone tech support. He said something about a reset was needed. Hope this helps.

I have Chrome browser and Google email account. Well wildblue is also a gmail account so everytime try to log in to my wildblue email using the wildblue name and password it just throws me back to gmail account. So I now use my wildblue account for giving to sites where you have to give email address but you really don't want to hear from them again. Works great.
