Concerns with Exede

how can they not install the disk, not confirm that it is working and yet want to charge you when it has not even worked..!!! sit hat possible?

Are you talking about F-Secure, the anti virus program offered by Exede? Other than that, there is no disk associated with Exede service at all, and that is optional, you can use F-Secure or any antivirus you choose.

I personally use Norton, did before I got Exede and, it's simply more familiar and easier for me to configure .

Exede is internet service, that's all, if you can get to a webpage, then it's working.
