Concerns with Customer Service

NO NO NO - do NOT switch to Exede - - they are nothing but problems and when you need to call customer service, GOOD LUCK talking with someone/anyone that knows or cares about anyting you are talking to them about! I did everything their tech told me to do during a move so that I wouldnt' loose my service contract and when we ended up having to move again, they are now charging me for an early disconnect fee even though I have been with them, and paid for service the entire time, for over three years. They agreed to refund me the early disconnect fee and have never done it. I did get an email from one of their representatives that stated if I had any "push back from the company about it to let him know and he would personally reverse the charges. So, I sent a message and told him that I was receiving push back and got an automated email back stating that the email I sent was a "closed case" and to start over AGAIN with my request. If you want reliable internet service with a customer service center to help you when there are problems with connection, etc. choose someone BESIDES Exede.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience.  When you say you exchanged emails, did you email us at ExedeListens@viasat.com?

If so, can you provide the case number?  If not, send us an email, and we'll take a look!
