Are we all fed up now with putting all our computer problems out into this corny community? THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INTERNET PROVIDER AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. I have yet to see anyone's problems being resolved except if you are computer savvy. It is like watching someone "running in place"! I am fed up with this phony internet service that is robbing our bank accounts and I just seen a new post from them that they are trying something new. I knew they were playing around somewhere in the system. They are bored and looking for something to condone their jobs rather than taking on the real issues (their customers)! I have seen this in the workplace a zillion times. EXEDE, IT IS TIME TO START SERVING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND FORGET ABOUT ALL YOUR $$ SEEKING IDEAS!
