I have to keep reconnecting each time I want to watch a movie and now it says tell ISP Code 010

That is a very generic connection failed error. Please check all of the following:
App or program is up to date.
Operating system on the device is up to date
Antivirus is up to date.
Firewall is configured to allow the app or program access to the internet.
The source website or server is not having issues (ie Roku, Netflix, Amazon, iTunes, etc... is not having a problem.)
You have cleared your browser history.
You have rebooted or reset the device having the problem.
