Chrome, Firefox Browsers Are Targeted By New 'Vega Stealer' Malware

A new malware strain is targeting popular browsers and programs such as Microsoft Word.

The “Vega Stealer” malware can steal credit card data and passwords stored in Chrome and Firefox and snatch sensitive data from infected computers.

Thank you for the warning. This is why you never download or open attachments form unknown senders or, if you are unsure if it's really from a legitimate company or not. Don't click questionable or unknown links in emails.

I never keep my CC info on my computer. To me it's always seemed like a dangerous thing to do. Thanks for the heads up.
