Last week, 5-25-2017, I made a payment of $50 because you said I had zero useage left, since then I still get a daily no useage left pop-up, so the money I paid did absolutely nothing to fix or add time to my account, what can you tell me about this problem?
Robert, send an email to email@example.com. Include your account number, phone number and a description of your issue. The moderators will look into this and get back with you. This is better than trying to call Customer Service to get a good explanation of what happened to the data you purchased.
