Last week, 5-25-2017, I made a payment of $50 because you said I had zero useage left, since then I still get a daily no useage left pop-up, so the money I paid did absolutely nothing to fix or add time to my account, what can you tell me about this problem?

Robert, send an email to Include your account number, phone number and a description of your issue. The moderators will look into this and get back with you. This is better than trying to call Customer Service to get a good explanation of what happened to the data you purchased.
