Charging for service I don't have!!!

You're service has been cancelled for over a week and before that your service was not working. What am I getting charged for a service that was not on and working???

well if you cancelled your services within the 2 years of contract. then lets say you quit 12 months of the 2 year contract. and all you have left is the other 12 months. you will be paying whatever fee you have left for the remaining of the 12 months you have left. that is all and how it goes.

The early termination fee is $15 for each month left on the contract. It is paid in one lump sum and not monthly unless you have made some special arrangements with Exede.
