Please check your records. Our internet service was off and on from March 27-April 15. We called 3/27 and followed the instructions to check the modem and connection. It didn't work. We called again on April 3 and we were told to call back on Thursday. We called on April 6 and were told to call Interlink Computer in Iron Mountain, MI. After repeated calls to them and Exede, Interlink Computer restored our internet service on April 15. We will not pay $91.59 for the monthly service! We expect a credit for our down time. Please respond...
