I cancelled my service with WildBlue a couple months back. I packed all of my stuff up and sent it back in the box that was sent to me. The box had instructions and pictures of everything that needed to be sent back. The Styrofoam had inserts for every piece also. So, I packed it all up and shipped it all out, back to the company. 2 weeks later, a charge hit my account for $163.50. They told me I did not return the modem. It has been a week and a half since they opened the ticket to try to locate the modem, and they have no new information for me, much less a refund. If you are looking on here for reviews, I would definitely look somewhere else for your internet needs. Their customer service is very poor.
