Trouble with disconnect

Exede customer service provided incorrect information resulting in $150 charge when we needed to disconnect service after being customers for over 5 years. Never use Exede Internet unless you want to be given wrong information and then charged for their mistake

It would help if you could explain the circumstances. What was the $150 charge for?
