Xboxes used up data

I got the service and before I got it I asked the technician who was installing it, was it ok to handle two x boxes in the home. He said yes, and within one hour all of the data plan was used. I called back to cancel they tried to upsell me on a larger more expensive plan, problem with that is that plan did not have enough data, so I went to another company and asked that my services be terminated, what they did next was say you have to pay for the remainder of the contract and all of the first and second month because they didnt stop the service when I requested.. How can you charge for a service you can't provide?? My email is [email address removed for security.]

Using the XBoxes may not be the problem if you are using already installed, or games on disk. However downloading games is a problem. One game can be close to 100 GB (Have several that are 70 GB and larger downloads (done at other locations to save my data at home.) 

As for paying the Early Termination fee, yes, you agreed to that when you signed the customer agreement. https://www.exede.com/documents/master/customer-agreement.pdf

If you were misled by an installer, please email that information as well as your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com so that they can look into it for you.
