Changing Exede Plan

I currently have the Evolution plan with 6 month promo. A few months ago, I called to change my plan, but it never changed. I asked for a Classic plan that isn't offered in my area anymore. I was wondering if I called back, will they change my plan to the plan I want? I wanted to check here before I tried to call back.

Have you set up an on-line account yet?  If not, go to https://my.exede.net/AtlasNewUser to set one up, or log in at https://myexede.net if you already have an account.  There you can  see your current data usage, your billing snapshot, and manage your account.  Under the "My Account" section it will tell you which plan you currently have, and there is a link to "Change My Plan".   When you click on the Change My Plan link it will show you which other plans are available to you.

I have set up an online account. I'm still using the Evolution plan, however, I have had the same plan for 10 months and I still have the 15GB 6 month promo. I don't know how that happened, but when I called to have my plan changed to a Classic plan a few months ago (which isn't offered in my area anymore, but was at the time) nothing changed.

If they no longer offer the classic plans in your area, then no you won't be able to switch to one.  If you are one of the areas that has the Liberty plan I am sure you will find you will like one of those if you switch.    We hit our data cap last month with 10 days remaining before data reset and we never saw any change in the speed or performance for the rest of the month.  If you are someone who is used to down loading high amounts of data in the free zone there is still one plan available that allows that where Liberty is offered.  Though I would recommend trying Liberty and see if your activities work with this plan, if not you can always switch to the one that offers you the free period if you have excessive download requirements.

I would love the Liberty plan but not availabe to me. Only thing available is Classic plan. Maybe someday.

Hello Leonard, due to recent package updates, some plans no longer exist.  You have the option of checking myexede.net with your zip code; this should provide available packages in your area.
