Why does the amount due keep changing?

Hi Sue

We haven't changed prices. All of our bills are pro-rated for the month ahead so any changes like changing plans, buying data, ect will reflect on the next month's statement.

If you are not doing autopay and are paying partial amounts that could carry over as well, but it's more likely the former than the latter.
