Change plan dont work

Try to vhange plans only. Shows my current plan nothing else

Hi Barry

We're unfortunately kind of in a transitional phase at the moment. Very temporary but it's the current status quo.  We're on the brink of seeing Viasat 2 enter service and the plans that will be offered around that. Meanwhile there's a VERY good chance that if you are on the non-WiFi modem that the only available plans at the moment are the Unlimited Plans that will require an equipment upgrade to the WiFi modems (which is seeing about a 4 week backlog) so things aren't showing to help get that under control. Or the area is temporarily not adding new customers or seeing upgrades. It could be either but if you want to call us at 855-463-9333 or email viasatlistens@viasat.com we can check it out for you.
