change my plan from Liberty 12 to the Bronze 12 plan.

Right now, I am now ready to change my plan from Liberty 12 to the Bronze 12 plan.  First I tried to calling the main number and two other alternative numbers. First person I talked to wanted to sale me their Gold 12 tier. No  sell there, to expensive for me. Next one gave me another number to call. Third person I talked to said for some strange reason the Bronze 12 plan was only available to new customers at the moment. Is there really some technical reasons I can't plan to Bronze 12 in my area or Viasat is only offering higher tiers for current customers

I'm happy with LIberty 12 and would never switch to Bronze Unlimited, but that's just me.  If they are giving you the run around when you call, I would try sending an email to Viasatlistens@viasat.com with your account information explaining the situation.

I have the old evolution plan and the only plan options it gives me on website is liberty 12 and unlimited gold. I dont understand why i don't have the silver or bronze plan options. Im not paying 145.00 month for gold

The bronze plans seem pointless, unless you do no streaming at all.  I'm paying 150 for silver, but I get 150 data cap, so we're staying... for now.

The Bronze plan works for me. I'm getting 15GB more data than I did on Liberty 12/25 for 5 dollars less. And no, I don't stream. Not enough good TV programming for that.
