Hi Michael, I’m terribly sorry this incident happened to your wife’s credit card. Was this issue correct? Please send us your account and contact info to exedelistens@viasat.com or give us a call at 866.945.3258.  Thank you.

We spent over 2 hours on the phone without getting any answers and the majority of the reps don't listen and then just lie for the heck of it . I was told couldn't get a certain plan because of bandwidth restrictions in my area but the plan below the one I wanted and the plan above the one I wanted was available. How is it my plan wasn't available but the plan using more bandwidth was available. I spent 2 hours Monday on the phone setting up internet with ur company and even got a confirmation number yet I was told nobody had talked to me.... If that's the case then how did ur company attach my wife's card and phone number to a workorder of a customer 75 miles from me.

Send an email to the exedelistens@viasat.com address which is not a formal part of customer support but rather individuals who can get to the bottom of your issue which may span multiple areas in this case (e.g. sales vs. billing vs. customer support).

As Lindsey notes include both your account and contact information and they'll handle the matter privately with you.

This is a public forum largely consisting of customer-to-customer support - you'll only get empathy from us not a resolution nor satisfaction through this forum.

As for the original complaint, human beings make mistakes but it takes a computer to really screw things up ;)
