can't sign into exede but can go to email

signing into wildblue email no problem. try signing into check my usage says info doesn't match records

Dick, for account log in issues you need to call Customer care at 855-463-9333. If you would like to try resetting you password here's how to do that.

If the reset steps do not work we will need you to call in. Some accounts for some reason got locked out and have to be escalated to a special team to fix
