Sandy, Exede/Viasat knows there are some log in issues going on right now and, they are trying to get that sorted out for us.
Try this: Log in as you normally would, you will get the SalesForcePage. Leave that open and open a new tab. Go here in the new tab: http://www.exede.com/customer-portal/ Click on the GO button in the My Exede box, the box furthest to the left on the page. That should do one of two things, either allow you to log in, or load your account management page with you already logged in.
