I am using Windows Live Mail and have entered the new settings per your instructions, but it will not let me send e-mails. I can receive them, but not send. I keep getting the message: server does not recognize the e-mail address, which I have had since obtaining wildblue years ago.
Only thing I can say is tripple check your settings. I know there are several others that are using windows mail and its working. You can call 1-855-463-9333 and tale to their email team and see if there's a setting you're missing maybe
Hello John. Like Knightrider suggested, your best bet is probably to call our email team. More than likely there's some small thing that needs to checked off that's causing it to not display. Just to be clear, if you go to go.wildblue.net you are able to see your emails right?
This is such crap! This is the 4th or 5th time my e-mail has failed to send/receive. Each time it's been "fixed", but they don't tell what they did to "fix" it, nor does there appear to be a permanent fix. Perhaps it's time to seek out a new ISP.
