Can't send emails to yahoo.com recipients.

For the last two months, I have not been able to successfully send an email from my exede.net account to any yahoo.com recipient. Messages eventually bounce after ~3 days with the following error message:
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: xxxx@yahoo.com (while not connected): 554 5.4.7 [internal] exceeded max retries without delivery.

Is this something that should be fixable on my end, on Exede's end or Yahoo's end?

Curious if anyone else has experienced this problem as well.

I know Exede Brad has escalated this issue.  Another example can only help!  Please send your account info to ExedeListens@viasat.com so we can investigate further!

Got a slight update on that. Yahoo changed some of their parameters on signatures from other email clients (I'm not going to pretend to know what that means really) but we did what we need to on our end and expect to have this finally fixed within 24 hours

How do we know when this is fixed? I do not want to wait 3 or more days to find out that a bunch of important emails did not go out. Which has happened a lot.

Is it working today? I saw some indication that it was fixed but haven't been able to test it. Synacor handles our email so we're working with them directly.

Hi Brad,
I will test this today (10/5/17) and post back later once I know either way.  BTW, I also posed the exact same question to the Exede Internet Customer Care and they say, "We do not have any information on this issue", so I do appreciate your knowledge and help on this.
