Can't receive or send email

I can check into my wildblue.net email account. I normally receive a dozen emails per day - none received for several days. I tried sending several emails to wildblue.net from another service but they did not appear (also send them to my gmail & they did arrive there). I've also tried sending to my other services from my wildblue.net account but those emails do not arrive.

Sad it has been 3 weeks and no mods have replied

You have likely had your mail restored by now, I hope.

You were/are not alone.
I know of another victim who went 8 days with support diligently fixing their end - he has finally got it thru his head & is in process of migrating to gmail 

Past time for you to migrate to another mail provider so you won't have to go thru this again.

Hello Ken,  Please be sure you are not logging into a cached version of your mailbox as it may have been migrated to a new one.
