Cannot log into Google. Anything! Cannot log into Play, Books or anything since the migration. So because of this, I have essentially lost ever **** book I have ever purchased? This is BS!
Can't even contact Exede thru the Facebook page. What is that all about?

Before the migration they said to make sure you use the Google takeout to save everything because after words there would be no ties with Google any more. Also before you go yelling at Exede it is not their fault they were forced out by Google along with all others that used Google to host email for them. Now you have 2 options, there was a post a week or so ago that old labs commented on with a link where you can try to tie an existing email to Google services. If that don't work you will have to create a gmail account and contact Google to see if they can link it to all your old Google stuff that you had under your wildeblue/ Exede email.

I did all I was supposed to do when this first came about.
Did the take out, it downloaded 3 huge files to my Desktop computer, but that doesn't help me out with my Android Cell phone or my Tablets.
I keep getting Account Action Required on these devices and I get the same thing as Wynter Wynd.
Google saying account has been disabled, contact my ISP.
Did that, they tell me to contact Google.
So here I sit. Can't get into the Play Store to update my devices.
Wynter Wynd and I can't be the only ones with cell phones and devices that need to access Google stuff
Oh, and this has only been going on for about a week.
My migration ended over a month ago.
Thanks.....Val

there is nothing that ViaSat can do.  Google cut all ties with all ISP's so you will need to try to contact google and see if they can relink your account of link everything to a new gmail account.

1. I have no idea who old labs is, considering I just found this page.
2. If I want to yell at a service that I pay for, I think I will. Sorry if my real life got on the way of following migration instructions.
Thank you for your time on answering my question.

I'm devastated... ;)

The suggestion was to attempt to signup using your existing email address at:

https://accounts.google.com/SignUpWithoutGmail

I doubt this will actually work since these accounts appear to be in limbo and still exist but perhaps worth a try. FWIW and IMHO, Google's responsible for this fiasco and it could have been handled better despite giving ISPs 180 days notice of their unilateral decision to abandon them.

I will try this. I contacted Google about the account being disabled. I got back a canned message about it being disabled by the administrator that made the account.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Cannot log into Google Books.

So, since the migration, I cannot log into Google AT ALL using my wildblue address?? Seriously? I'm trying to log into Google Play as I have a lot of purchased books in there, and it keeps telling me that 'this account has bee disabled'
What in the heck is that all about? It's my email address, so why can I not use it to log in?

I'd suggest calling Google Play support:

https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/6179357?hl=en&ref_topic=6262140&vid=0-635802578...

Explain to them that your ISP was one of those using Google Apps for ISPs before Google pulled the plug on them and you're no longer able to access things purchased from Google.

Hi Wynter,  I'm  so sorry you cannot access your books. As Old Labs suggested, contact Google directly.  As of September 20th, Google no longer supports @wildblue.net and @exede.net email addresses. You will not be able to access anything using your old email address. ViaSat/Exede/ Wildblue starting sending information about this to our customer in July.  It was communicated by both email and mail as well as posted on our website. We included instructions on how to move your Google Apps to your computer.

I'm very happy you sent out all those emails. As for real mail, I've received nothing from you about this.
As I have said before, it's tragic when (heaven forbid) you happen to have a serious emergency going on and your unable to take care of your internet world.
I will contact Google directly and see what they can do for me

Seriously? I would assume that since I am the one that started/opened the account, that I am my Google apps administrator? Or am I wrong?

Hi Wynter,  You would have had to download them before ViaSat left the email client. Google owns all the apps but ddid allow them to be downloaded before the service ended.

I understand that. Obviously these emails and mail that everyone says I should have had either didn't make it thru, got flushed out I entirety missed them having a family medical emergency. So, what everyone is essentially telling me is that because I'm late to this party getting my migration don't properly, is that I have LOST all the purchases I have made thru Google apps? From an email that I still own, but Google refuses to recognize.
