Can't get person on phone in Corporate to discuss cancelling contract for my 88 yr old father.

I was told to call Corporate to discuss cancelling my father's contract since he has moved from a house to an apt. out of State and has Stage 4 cancer. I waited on the phone for over 30 minutes to talk to a person on the matter and gave up.

Hi Debbie,

You can reach us at exedelistens@viasat.com. That goes to corporate as well. It does take usually within 24 hours to respond as it's answered in the order received during business hours but if the phone is frustrating that can be a less stressful way to get this done.
