Can't get on the internet anymore!!

regarding closed case 01259939

Hi Viasat, I have done all the above things numerous times without success. Fortunately, I have a computer in another house that works which is why I can write you. I have had to evacuate my house in the woods because of a forest fire but I brought the modem with me. I think it is time to send it back to you so you can see whether there is something wrong with it. Also, a friend who is an IT guy looked at my computer and said it was probably the modem. Until a couple of weeks ago it worked perfectly every time I turned it on. Let me know what to do. Bill

Hi Bill,   I so sorry to hear about the fire. I hope you don't lose your home! Yes, please send an email to exedelisten@viasat.com.  We are not able to troubleshoot the modem without it being online.  We will need to schedule a service call when you are able to return home to determine what may be causing your issue.
Have you spoken to technical support when you are having the issue?
