What's the point of having a community page if nobody answers questions or fixes the problems. 
I been trying to log in for a day and a half, "SIghs" Very good Exede/Viasat offer these new plans then your site dies. HAHA

Hi Coy,

This page is monitored largely during business hours. You can always get live 24 hour support by calling 855-463-9333. This is the first we're hearing of the dashboard being down on our end. Still pretty early but I'd recommend calling in so that an "outage" is declared and we can get it fixed promptly

It’s still not working today it does fine until it goes to mysso.viasat part of the transfer. Hope it’s not a breach and I get to check my account before I am charged since it’s only a few days away

Can get into email just fine since it don’t go through mysso.viasat so it’s when it transfers

You're right,,,site was working OK at 5:00pm yesterday, last time I used it, but site is not responding now,,indicates server is offline.

I just looked at my account page, I clicked on "change plan" tab, and there are no plans available?  I am currently on silver unlimited, but it is strange that there are no other plans.

People are getting all bent up over nothing. Viasat internet did not quit working while the portal was down. You could still use the rrst of the internet just fine.

If you need to change your plan asap ir check usage just call. Its not rocket science and it isnt the end of the world.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see new plans offered shortly. Would time new equipment arrival with the end of January”ish”.

I too was affected by not being able to log into my account. Now I can log on but not change plan due to plans not showing up. Did I just read wait till end of Jan for new equipment? Pay a month for something I don't want while waiting to see and pick the plan I do want? May not be the end of the world but may be the end of using this service. Just fix it or lose customers. Not rocket science, right?
