Can't connect to the internet

Recently there was strong winds for a few days so we thought maybe thats why we couldn't connect to the internet. But now thats its cleared up, we still can't. I know only the basic but can someone please tell me what is wrong.
The modem status is scanning
Rx power: 0.0dBm
Rx Snr: -3.0 dB
Cable Resistance: N/A ohm
Cable Attenuation: N/A dB
ODU telemetry status: InActive

Client side proxy: disconnected

My guess is that your dish was moved during the heavy winds. It will likely need to be realigned. If you had it installed by a local dealer, contact them. Another option is to send an email to, along with with your account number and/or phone number so they can identify your account.

Called them, said it looks fine on their end so its probably the cables.

I would wait and talk to one of the reps here. If it truly is on your end then they can schedule a tech to come out and take a look but wait to see what they say when you you talk to them

Mine is the oppisite, I thing the high winds helped my system. I am getting great speeds now. I feel like getting up on the roof and fastening it in that place.

Try rebooting your modem,disconnect the power to the modem for 5 mins then connect it back.Do you have a router hooked up if so disconnect as well.

I've tried this many times including unhooking everything and putting them back on.

Yeah, sounds like a service call is in order.  Wonder how your dish is mounted?  Pole, roof, side of house...
