can't connect to internet.

Wifi seems to work most of the time, but every couple of months I can't get connected to the internet. Called Exede the first time it happened and whatever she did on her end fixed the problem. Should I not pull my hair out trying unplugging/turning off and just call everytime? A friend is having the same problem.

That depends on the time of day, meaning between 5pm and 2am you will have slow speeds which may seem like you're not connecting to the internet, and can get very frustrating.

On the other hand if it's outside of the hours above then you very well may have a problem with the modem and or the dish. If this issue happens outside the "peak usage time" (5pm to 2am) call Exede @ 1-855-463-9333

Hi Leda, thanks for asking the question. Jakster Jammin is correct. it may be congestion if this is occurring only during the congested timeframe.  Please give us a call at 855.463.933 and we will do some troubleshooting and figure this out together.
