Can't access websites

For the pasat 48 hrs there are websites that i can access. This has never happened before. It's not my computer. Has to be an excede /wildblue issue as i'm not the only one with this issue. I reste my moden , router and browser and nothing changes. Hope excede/ wildblue resolves the issue ASAP

I had the same problem last week. Kirk in the Business Support Department helped me fix it and, there was some sort of reset that had to be done from Exede's side, then I had to reboot my router ONLY and wait about 20 minutes, then it was fine and has been ever since.

Just trying to point the residential team here in the right direction on this.

As of 7 am eastern time everything is working as it should. Hope it lasts.
