Cannot view data usage

I have signed in to my customer portal several days in a row and when I try to view my data usage I get this message "Oops. We're having a problem displaying your usage information.Customer not found.Please try again soon." Any one know how to solve this problem?  I am a new customer.  Thanks Jeff Baker

They may be doing maintenance on it again.  If you still don't see it in a few days give customer service a call 866-945-3258 and speak with a technical support specialist.
