Cannot setup Exede Voice, my account number is invalid!!!

The Exede Voice setup page ask for account number and last name.  I filled in the info correctly as asked and it returns error that my account number is invalid.   The help page for Voip setup says to enter service contract number, not account number.  what the????   Where do I get that?

I know my account number. I know my order/account number and yet it will not recognize my account. What now??? I waited 16 days to receive the voice box and now this?? Really???

Hi Sherry, Are you using the account number beginning with a 3 or 4. You will need to enter the 400 number to set up your voice account.   There is a step-by-step process on this link http://help.exede.net/articles/General/Accessing-the-Exede-Voice-Customer-Features-Management-Portal....  If you don't have the 400000000 number, please send an email to exedlistens@viasst.com or call customer service at 855-463-9333
