Cannot receive email or get technical escalations to look at the ticket

I have not received email since November 27. I called Monday 11/30 and jumped thru all the hoops to get it fixed, was told it needed to be sent to "technical esclation" and I should call back in 24 hours. No case #, On Tuesday I just had to go thru the endless telephone prompts to get a human, she said the ticket had not been looked at yet, and took me thru all the hoop jumps as I did on Monday. She said she usually tells people 48-72 hours. Wednesday I call back, go thru the whole telephone prompts again, now a 3rd customer service agent tells me the ticket is still open which means they have not looked at it. I am now on day 5 of no emails. I asked to speak to a Supervisor, sure she said, but it can take 15-20 minutes to get one on the phone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? First that it should take "escalation" department to resolve an email issue (I can send but not receive) but now 3 days in a row and can't get anyone to even look at my issue? What kind of a yahoo group has wildblue turned us over to???
