Cannot login to my.exede.net

I receive the error page https://my.exede.net/_nc_external/ide... which says Single Sign-On Error
We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.

What do I need to do?

Hi we're seeing a few issues with logging in on a few accounts. Try logging in a few more tries if that fails clear your cache and cookies and try again.

Worst case you can reset following these steps: http://help.exede.net/articles/General/MyExede-Customer-changing-a-Username-or-Password

Thanks for your reply.  I tried several more times with the same result.  I tried using Firefox instead of Chrome and it still did the same thing.  Then I used a bookmark I setup in Chrome to access my usage and it took me right in.  The bookmark's address is https://my.exede.net/dashboard.  If I go to the login screen and try logging in, I still get the error. But the bookmark works every time.  It's an acceptable workaround for now.
