When I want to send photos in emails I click on "add attachments". After I press 'close' to attach the photos all it does is 'spin' and'spin' and does not add the photos to the emails.
I don't know if this is your problem, but if you have large photos and a slower connection, it could take a while to upload and attach the photo. I'm assuming you are using the webmail page.
