As far as my really slow speeds (around 3.70 upload), they haven't been able to figure that out. They keep saying that it might be congested during busy hours but I am on unlimited and very seldom ever use over 25GB each month. My slow speeds are 24/7 and the only things that are connected to it are my laptop and my android phone, nothing else. So there should not be any problems on my side, it is all them, with no satisfactory results.
Only a matter of time before it will fail again. I keep recommending the best thing to do, because it is the only good, long-term fix for the problem. Transition to a reliable email provider such as Gmail or Yahoo, and your email problems will go away.
For people that say, I don't want to switch, I ask you, do you plan on being with Viasat Internet for the rest of your life? Once you change internet providers and move on from Viasat, your Viasat email address will no longer work anyhow. Transition to an independent email that you can have for life!
