I am moving to an area where I no longer need Exede.

How do I cancel?

After I cancel, does Exede come and pick up their dish and modem? How long does this usually take?

Matthew, to cancel you'll need to call 855-463-9333. You will be responsible for returning the TRIA off the dish as well as the modem. We'll send you a box to ship it back to us in.
