Cancelling service

Why doesn't Exede have a form for cancelling instead of having to call. It would put it in black and white and make everyone accountable? Conversations with call center personnel leaves everything open to mistakes and excuses.

You could do the same thing by sending them an email and keep a copy of it until the cancel process is completed..☺☺☺

Legal disclosures have to be read, final bill arrangements and instructions to return the equipment need to all be stated hence why we only do the process via phone call at this time
