After trying to solve the issue of disappearing data with NO SUCCESS for the last month, we became aware of AT&T Uverse now being offered at our address.  Had AT&T hooked up today, works great and is faster and cheaper.  Our headache is done.  I hope the others experiencing the same issue find another company to go to.  This was an unexpected surprise.  I wish Exede would finally decide to start helping people although I don't have a lot of faith.  Two escalation tickets later, we still had nothing resolved and no response unless we called them.

Duh.  Satellite Internet vs. Fiber Optic delivery is a no brainer.
