cancellation refund impossible

When I had to cancel my installation, I had the thought in the back of my mind that this would still be a possibility in the future. Because, after all, Frontier sucks. However, my business with them has never once left them owing me money. NOT ONCE. It's been 2 weeks since I cancelled, with apologies, and still I have not received my refund. What gives? How do I get my money back. The future of giving you my business is looking very dim at this point. And, truthfully, it was good in the beginning.

Are you referring to your cancelling your Viasat? If so, what do you expect Viasat to refund you? There is  no refunding of the remaining part of the month's subscription cost, as  stated in the contract you agreed to.

Natalie, It is not clear in your post if you merely canceled the install or if you canceled your order.

Call again and have the phone robot direct you to the Billing dept.
Billing is corporate, not contractors.
They can straighten this out for you.


If you do decide to sign up with Viasat service in the future, contact a local Dealer so you have someone in your zipcode to talk to.
A local dealer could have a situation like this straightened out in real time.
