Cancellation questions

I paid my exede bill of 60.95 on 11/24/16. I have now went with a new internet service that will be hooked up 12/2/16. So I am wanting to know if I will get some of my money back!!!!!!!

with exede internet you are in a 2 year contract. so if you where to cancel in the middle of the contract with exede. then... if ya have to pay for the disconnection fee if your still under the 2 year contract. they will continue to maybe take small payments until you have paid off your disconnection fee with them. (i dont know if this is correct or not but i gave it my best shot) i love my service so far :D

Also, when you cancel your service you will not only owe $15,00 X number of months (if any) left on your 24 month contract (2 years), they will send you a box to return the modem and Tria...and they wait a reasonable amount of time to verify they received it and if not will charge you a hefty amount for that equipment...no refunds (if any is due) until all this termination process is completed...

2. Exede does not refund for unused service 
3. There is a cancellation fee of $15 x remaining months on the agreement

Morning Wood. That is about the worst advice that anyone with character could give to someone simply asking a question about cancelling her internet service. You are giving her advice on how to not only destroy her credit rating, but having the collection agency after her.
