Cancellation of Service!!!

My account was closed approximately Feb. 16th. I called and someone told me at that time a box would be sent to our home for equipment. Nothing still has shown up. We call three times making sure we were cancelled on that date. This is the first time someone apparently did it. We will not pay for the time we were told we were cancelled which was Feb. 16th. We started a new service at that time and can prove it. Please backdate our cancellation. We are also upset that we still don't have the box and 30 days will be up soon. Please respond
