recently I cancelled my order for your service but was still billed the 99.99 and received nothing. Please let me know why I got billed for no service. thanks

If you did not get the service installed, you shoukd not be billed for anything. There is probably a hold on the funds, the hold will drop off in a few days. If that is whats happening, you didnt give much detail, hehe
