Canceled service and was still charged, how do I get my refund?

I need help.. I moved from one state to another and instead of transferring my service, you cancelled my old account and started a new one. I was charged for September on both the old and new account. Now, I need help getting my money back. I called in on Sept 9 and was told my new account would be credited. I still do not see a credit.

Hi Jennifer, sorry about the confusion, if you have to perform a move, our process is to essentially actually start up a brand new account not a transfer of service because new leased equipment should be installed at your new location. If you were charged on both accounts and did not receive any type of credit/refund to your new account we would be more than happy to assist with this matter, please send your account and contact info to exedelistens@viasat.com .
