Cancel My Service

My phone is not getting a signal where I am. I want to discontinue my internet service effective immediately.

Just give your account info to someone and do it, one would think that you would have to be the one to do it but that is not the case with this stupid company as I have found out. My roommate told his ex wife the account info and she called about why the service was so slow, and wound up canceling the service, and I wasn't told anything until exede hit my debit card for $344!!!  I fought with them and they got the account back up and going but I was told they would refund the $344 before they took out the next month, ONCE AGAIN, I was lied to and I have had about enough with this company. Everyone else around here said they were the best but I have been through would make me just want to go back to Hughes net..
