I don't know of any way to do this on the exede portal (although maybe there is a way)...shortly after I signed up for exede classic, I downloaded the free 3rd party utility called "NETWORX" which I like very tracks my usage in all kinds of different ways. I have its icon in my task any time I want to look at my usage, past or present, or for any particular set of dates (from/to) it is easy with NETWORX.  The total data usage that networx comes up with for any period of time matches what exede says, btw.

I will be able to provide your usage categories (not GBs used) for the previous billing cycle.  Your current billing cycle information is in your online account.  I will be more than happy to go over any usage questions or concerns you may have.  Please send me a email to with your account and contact information.

So then the answer to the original question, regarding whether the user can view their past data history, via the Excede portal, would be "No.", I presume?

Hi hexe,

But as Lorrie mentioned above, there are free downloadable programs that can track your computers usage in real time, by the second, day, week and or months.

I use BitMeter OS. There are several others.

Hope it helps,

hexe, here is a link to 5 free windows data measuring apps.  Not sure about any available for Apple or Mac users, but maybe someone else can post them.

I thank you both for the suggestions, and will look into them all and see which look like they will work best for me. However, it really is something that Excede should consider adding to their portal for their the present one is nothing more than a Fisher-Price BusyBox version.
