Yes, however not all MMO games will work due to the inherent high latency (600ms and up) of satellite internet service. (that's ping to gamers so, pings of 600 plus)

Also know that downloading games as well as the required updates for those games can use A LOT of data in a hurry. Battlefield 1, for example, without updates is a 40 GB download, then there are currently two 10 GB updates after you have the base game so, just to get it play would mean you would need to use 60 GB of data before you could play.

Be wary but, yes you can use XBOX One over Exede.
