Issue with usage going fast

I paid my bill on 4/27/16 on 4/28/16 I got n email saying I had used my 10gigs of data and I was switched to liberty pass I just don't see how its possible to use 10 gigs in one day

Updates, streaming, downloading programs. It's actually possible to use 10 GB in a couple of hours. If you are a direct customer (not via Dish, DTV, etc...) you can see more detailed usage information using ESVT. https://myesvt.exede.net/

You can also email your account information to exedelistens@viasat.com or call customer service at 855-463-9333 and, they can tell you how the data was used.

If you're running a fairly good speed on Exede, let's say 12 Mbs, you can do it in 2 hours. It's REAL possible.

There can be many many things that can cause that. I will gladly review it with you. Things like Windows 10 updates have been a MAJOR factor. So lets review it, send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and we can see what went on
